Ladies and gentleman JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs they’re all saying the same things that housing is on the rebound. Even Frank Nothaft, the Freddie Mac chief economist, the government people, even the housing market is showing some signs of shaking off the depression like conditions that have plagued it for much of the past five years. Ladies and gentleman more and more people from all different sectors are looking at the numbers, not being hopeful realtors saying oh we should be because real estate’s always a good investment, the people looking at the numbers giving advice to their investors they’re all saying the same thing housings on the beginning of a rebound.
